Guarantee

If you hire Radial Web Media to manage your Google Places page listing, we will provide the following performance guarantee:

  • Within 90 days of your first payment, your business listing will be displayed in one of the first 7 listings of the Google Maps box for a specific, agreed upon search term.
  • We guarantee to maintain your ranking for at least 21 of the following 30 days.

Once the above criteria have been met, our obligation is complete and no refund will be provided. If we do not accomplish the above results within 90 days of your initial payment, you have the option of requesting a full refund, or allowing us to continue working on your behalf until the stated results are achieved.

Qualifications for Guarantee

In order for this guarantee to remain in effect, you must agree to the following terms:

  • You must remain subscribed to monthly service for guarantee to remain in effect.
  • We may make recommendations of changes on your website, usually with regards to the listing of your address and contact information. Such changes must be made within 7 days of making you aware of the changes.
  • You must be submitting names and email addresses for your clients into our customer review system on a frequent basis – ideally 10 or more per week initially – in order to continually get new customer reviews on your Places page.
  • The search term that you will appear in the first 7 listings for will be based upon careful keyword research for your area, and will be mutually agreed upon in advance.
  • In some highly competitive markets, we may not be able to provide a guarantee. We will make you aware of this in advance of accepting your payment if this is the case for your market.
  • For our ongoing guarantee, we will ensure that your listing will remain in the first 7 listings for at least 21 out of 30 days of each month. If at any time we fail to achieve these results, billing will be paused until your listing is restored. Billing will be resumed after again appearing in the first 7 results for at least 21 out of 30 days.
